How do I set up the devices?

The Care Bloom app has step-by-step directions to guide you through set up. You will need access to the home's WIFI router and each room kit will be plugged into an outlet. The process takes less than 30 minutes and if you have any questions our support line is available M-F, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Call us: 216-202-5514

Is Care Bloom right for my loved one?

We have supported many families over the years. From aging parents to chronically ill loved ones who have been recently discharged from the hospital - our goal is to help you gain peace of mind and be proactive in your care. Care Bloom provides insight into the health status and daily activities of your loved one, so you can have a better understanding of changes and trends. We are not a substitute for EMS or home care.

How can I share health data with our Care Providers?

The Care Bloom web dashboard allows you to select a date range for all health and daily activity data. We recommend you utilize screen capture to share this data through your providers' secure messaging portal or print out before visits. Please check back as we are working on generating PDF reports.
